The minute that Kristy Bohn met Drew Unthank at Northern Arizona University, she fell for him. After two months, the two admitted their feelings to one another, and seven years later, on the anniversary of that fateful day, the outdoorsy couple went to Telluride for a day of hiking. Coming into a clearing with a spectacular view, she heard their dog, Ellie, and knew she’d caught up. As she came around the corner, she saw Drew down on one knee. Totally unsuspecting, Kristy assumed he was kneeling to take a photo of the mountain range and started to play with their dog. “When I noticed that Drew was still on his knee, with a huge smile, it hit me,” she recalls. “Of course I said ‘yes!’”
