Hoping to play up their fall wedding date, the couple wanted a seasonal color palette without using autumnal reds and oranges. "We settled on plum and lavender with pops of peach," says Kara. "We thought the soft pastels with the deeper plum color gave it a whimsical touch without looking too springy."
