Homemade Naked Wedding Cake
Instead of hiring a cake baker Kym and Jason made their own naked wedding cake. “We decided early on to make our wedding cake ourselves (me doing the baking, Jason washing the dishes). We love Momofuku Milk Bar cakes - the look and especially the taste, and I went to town baking a 4-tiered pistachio version. It was a ton of work, including several trial runs, but was completely worth it because it tasted awesome and everyone kept mentioning that I made it during their toasts,” says Kym.
