Hartford City Hall Wedding Ceremony

The festivities kicked off with a ceremony at Hartford City Hall in Hartford, Connecticut. The Beaux Arts building was nothing short of spectacular, with its soaring ceilings, ornate architectural details and gilded accents. “The space itself is so breathtaking, so we added only white chairs for our guests and two pedestals, each with a flowing bouquet of flowers, on both sides of us,” Patricia says.
