Grilled Clam Cocktail Hour Appetizers

Pauline and Jay took guests’ taste buds on a culinary tour across the globe with a menu packed with flavorful, inspired cuisine. Appetizers like chili potato fritters, grilled clams and beef empanadas stole the show during cocktail hour, while beef tenderloin and piri-piri prawns served with a side of salt potatoes and asparagus won guests over at dinner. Since Pauline and Jay weren't big fans of cake, the couple served an assortment of decadent after-dinner tarts, including flavors like blueberry almond, apple crumb, chocolate caramel and passion curd. “We selected a menu that had food we actually liked and that had flavor,” Pauline says. “We were against the traditional wedding favors and went with a menu that reflected our style and tastes.”
