Having an amazing menu was important to Jackie and John. Stone House at Stirling Ridge in Stirling, New Jersey, is known for its food, which was definitely a selling point. So they gave each guest a full description of every course on an ivory and green filigree card. "Off the main menu, the hands-down best thing was the short rib entree. I still think about that course and its perfect melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness," Jackie says.
