While the decor itself exuded rustic European charm, the menu took guests on a culinary adventure to Paris. Browne & Co. catering knocked it out of the park, serving pan-seared foie gras on toasts with a balsamic reduction, saffron tomato and goat cheese tarts, grilled marinated flank steak served with grilled onions and a mustard sauce and grilled vegetable orzo salad.
