An Elegant and Eclectic Art Gallery Wedding at King Plow Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia

Leah and Jason know what they like—and exactly how to combine those things. “We’re black and white when it comes to our tastes, so planning was a breeze,” Leah says. Together, the pair traveled to their shared home of the South (Leah’s hometown of Atlanta, specifically) and mixed their love of boho aesthetics with modern touches. “We wanted a contrast of soft and bold,” Leah says. The pair filled the industrial King Plow with lots of organic greens and glitter as well as Vietnamese and Southern eats.

Leah and Jason topped tables with metallic geometric lamps, greenery and votive candles in contrasting silver. Another example of the couple’s ability to mix two unlike things: their cake. Sugar roses finished the dessert’s grey exterior and layers of cheesecake-sponge cake.

The pair put a clever spin on Jason’s last name with their wedding day hashtag, #LeahGotAHickey, and played up the fun phrasing with modern signage.

One exit wasn’t quite enough for Leah and Jason to leave their mark. “Our sparklers were so long, we had to do a double take,” Leah says. “It felt silly at first, but then Jason twirled me around during our second lap, and we were so giddy.”
