Dorothy didn't feel sparks the first time she saw Mark, but then again, it was hard to feel much of anything in a high school history class. Their connection began shortly after, at a homecoming dance, and they continued to date through high school. Determined to stay together, they both attended college in Philadelphia; Mark studied at Drexel and Dorothy at The University of the Arts.
