DIY Canned Smoked Salmon Wedding Favors

"For our favor we gave our guests wild Pacific smoked and canned salmon with a custom label on it," Whitney says. "My dad fishes a lot on the West coast and Jim and I have gone with him and caught salmon, so it was special to us and special to people in Chicago. Good thing my dad caught enough fish that summer!"
