Classic Lowcountry Chicken and Waffles Shooters

“The majority of our guests were coming from out of town, so we really wanted to give them a taste of the Lowcountry,” Erin says. “Our cocktail hour included fried green tomatoes, mini she-crab soup shots and pimento cheese crostini. Main courses included a chicken and waffles station, a shrimp and grits station and a mashed potato and mac and cheese bar.”
