A year and a half later, the two reconnected while working on the same movie. “We flirted for an entire week before I gave him my number!” she says. After a whirlwind 18 months, Zach was on a business trip over Valentine’s Day. Chantel met him at the airport on his return and found him standing in baggage claim with red roses and a redder face. “As soon as I saw him, he dropped down on one knee, and I yelled, ‘What are you doing!?’” she recalls. Chantel says the location was significant too—something film directors call an “homage.” “That second time we met, we were shooting a scene in an airfield about a couple in love,” she says.
