Blush Fondant Wedding Cake

After a sampling of inspired appetizers like Southwest rolls and a traditional sit-down meal, Liz and Andy served their guests a slice of classic wedding cake before kicking off an evening filled with dancing. The four-tier confection was trimmed with blush-colored fondant, decorative piping, a metallic monogram and fresh bunches of peach and pink garden roses.
