Beaded Bodice Organza Skirt Ball Gown

Carrie's Bridal Collection was Kelsey's only stop to find her dress. She wore a one-of-a-kind ball gown with a strapless beaded bodice and full organza skirt. "When I put on my dress, I knew that was it," Kelsey says.
