"For dessert, we actually had seven cakes," Katherine says. "We never wanted a large wedding cake, so we chose six small cakes of different flavors -- something that all of our guests could enjoy. I also surprised Erik and got him a groom's cake that looked like a Liverpool jersey, his favorite soccer team."
