The couple’s signature cocktails also served as a donation item. Joe’s cocktail included Absolut Pear, Licor 43, sake and passion fruit juice. Alex’s drink had a combination of Captain Morgan, lemonade and honey. For a guest to have either, he or she was asked to give a $1.00 donation toward the 4 Diamonds Fund and Human Rights Campaign. A matched $87.00 went to both organizations.
