A Romantic Wedding at Everett Golf & Country Club in Everett, Washington

Nikki Bray (24, a recruiter) and Kevin Bray (23, a commercial real estate broker) hit it off when they met at a fraternity party as undergraduates at the University of Washington. Kevin got Nikki’s phone number by the end of the night, and they kept in touch over the months. They eventually became more than friends and began to date throughout the rest of their college days. The weekend before Nikki was moving back to Seattle from being in Phoenix, Arizona for work, the couple spent the weekend together. By the end of the trip, Kevin had gotten down on one knee to propose and the couple ended the week with wedding planning in mind. Nikki grew up going to the Everett Golf & Country Club in Everett, Washington with her family, so the couple decided to book the venue that was already familiar to them. The ceremony was held outside on the green landscape with evergreen trees, the cocktail hour was by the poolside and finally the party was moved inside the country club for the reception. Peach, blush and gold hues were chosen to be the focal colors for wedding décor and fashions, ranging from the watercolor wedding invitations to the silk linens on the reception tables and props such as mirrors, vases and even martini glasses!
