“My family's cabin at Grand Lake, Colorado, was a favorite weekend retreat for Mark and me since we met,” Amy says. “But Grand Lake took on a whole new meaning when Mark's family came to visit. Mark's dad fell in love with the place and bought a house just down the road from my family. Grand Lake is now the place we envision raising kids, spending Christmas with family up in the snow and growing old together in rocking chairs. So it felt appropriate that we would begin our married life together there.”
