Ken worked at a snowboard company during the wedding planning, so he had access to leftover Hawaiian Koa wood used for making them. He and Sachi thought to recycle it into invitations. With the extra scraps, they made escort carts. Ken cut the wood into arrow shapes and they wrote guests’ names and tables with paint pens.
