White Tiered Wedding Cake with “Hitched” Topper

Emily and Jordan had a four-tiered white confection decorated with pearls and lace details. Baked by Olive parties, it was composed of raspberry champagne cake with fresh raspberry filling as well as hummingbird cake with cream cheese filling and a chocolate ganache cake, says Emily. The couple topped their confection with a wire “hitched” topper.
