White Rose Decorated Cake

Their 3-tier round Sicilian cassata cake consisted of vanilla sponge cake and a cannoli filling made with ricotta, vanilla, sugar, chocolate chips and a hint of cinnamon. It had buttercream frosting with sugar flowers cascading down the front.
