“For our cake, we wanted something that reflected the tropical charm of Ocean Reef and incorporated our shell motif,” Gabby recalls. “As for the flavor, we went with an Ocean Reef favorite: Chef Philippe’s coconut rum cake with buttercream icing, raspberry sauce and fresh berries.”
