White Buttercream Cake With Cascading Dahlias

Kristin and Luke enjoyed a three-tier chocolate chip almond pound cake with raspberry filling decorated with white buttercream icing (textured to look like the ocean!) and topped with cascading dahlias, garden roses and succulents.
