"We had a cocktail hour in a courtyard overlooking the beach," Amanda says. "During this time, the guests were served a variety of cheeses, vegetables, bacon wrapped scallops and sliders. The guests also enjoyed an open bar during this time. The wedding then moved into the reception hall and guests were given warm bread, salad and a choice of surf and turf or stuffed chicken."
