Michael and Bethany share a love of food, so a mouthwatering menu was a must. Cocktail hour boasted a menu of everything from Asian chicken salad served on crisp wontons to bacon-wrapped scallops and samosas. It also included inspired cocktails, like the couple’s signature blood orange mojito. Dinner was just as decadent, with guests dining on beef Wellington with scalloped potatoes, maple-glazed chicken with sweet potato and bacon hash, lemongrass salmon with plantain and crab hash, or the chef's vegetarian entree. The Lawn Club even made a special menu for the couple’s younger guests, which included pizza and chicken fingers.
