A large cake was not on this couple’s priority list, so they went with what they enjoyed: cheesecake. “We wanted to include bits of our life in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, so we found Simmas, which is extremely well known in Milwaukee for having fantastic cheesecake. We decided to get it from there and drive it down ourselves,” Rachel says. “It was to die for!”
