Vintage Short Wedding Dress with Green Ribbon Waist

Sky’s wedding dress was a vintage dress re-fashioned. “Since I was a little girl, I’ve always loved dresses that twirl,” says Sky. The original dress was long and high-necked, so Sky had the neck scooped, the dress shortened, added a petticoat and wrapped a big green ribbon around the waist.
