Vintage, Shabby Chic-Inspired Wedding Cake

Phantastic Desserts made the couple’s wedding cake and to say it was anything but, well fantastic, would be an understatement. The three-tier confection was decorated to the nines with garden roses in pink and peach hues, hand-painted layers, a custom monogram and delicate floral fondant detailing. Erica and Paul chose a different flavor for each tier, including carrot cake, chocolate and vanilla, both with cheesecake filling.
