Yorkshire pudding and fajitas are not the usual wedding meal combination, but British and Southwestern fare was perfectly suited for the wedding of Veronica and Graham. The international couple proudly honored their diverse heritages in historic Santa Fe. The Bride Veronica Brown, 43, events coordinator The Groom Graham Evans, 45, craftsman/carpenter The Date April 2 Veronica and Graham decided to incorporate their backgrounds -- he's British, she's American with ties to both New Mexico and Texas -- into their wedding day. The New Mexico aspect was mostly taken care of by the location, with the couple's wedding colors (silver and turquoise) further reflecting the Southwestern feel. A British touch was added thanks to their vicar, Father Richard Gundrey, who has roots in England and was able to entertain guests, British and American alike, with humorous stories during the rehearsal and ceremony.
