Union Depot Cake Cutting

Though Amy and Matthew decided to serve milopita, a dessert of apple slices, cream cheese and ricotta baked in phyllo dough and topped with honey cinnamon syrup, for dessert instead of cake, they had a small cake made for the traditional cake cutting. The couple incorporated another military tradition for the cake cutting, using a ceremonial saber to slice the cake.
