"I couldn't decide between a form-fitting dress and a fluffy skirt, so I decided to have both," Kelley says. "For the ceremony, I wore a tulle skirt over my Watters gown to accomplish the fluffy look, then took off the skirt for the reception and had the stunning form-fitting lace gown with the breathtaking button-back detail."
