Tuna Tartare Passed Appetizers

We wanted our wedding menu to reflect our favorite foods and offer our guests a variety of fresh, local ingredients with a 3-course meal that included an appetizer, salad and entrée course, says Katie. The couple served up an array of inspired hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour including tuna tartare in sesame cones, crostini with fig marmalade and goat cheese, truffled mac & cheese and miniature crab cakes.
