Traditional Southern Cooking

Southerners born and raised, Kristin and Andy had their hearts set on a menu packed with traditional down-home cooking. “We told our caterer that we wanted Southern food but not country food. Trust me, there is a huge difference,” Kristin says. The menu featured classics such as Nashville-style hot chicken, pimento cheese bites, skirt steak with chimichurri and pork tenderloin with a bourbon-apple demi-glace.
