Traditional Louisiana Cake Pulls

For all the single female guests in attendance, the couple decided to do cake pulls, a Louisiana tradition where single friends of the bride pull silver charms, each with a specific meaning, from the bottom layer of the cake before it's cut. Instead of placing the pulls in the cake itself, Jackie gave each girl a pink-frosted cupcake with a charm on top.
