There was no disguising the spark between Tracy and Stephen who first met at a Halloween party. Tracy said yes, not knowing what he had in store for her. When the doorbell rang that afternoon, Tracy went to answer it, and there was Steve on one knee, ring box in hand. A shocked Tracy said yes, and Steve immediately took her on a romantic excursion to Lake Calhoun, where they rented a canoe and spent the rest of the day paddling around the lake and calling friends and family to tell them the good news.

Tracy walked down the aisle carrying a bouquet of pink peonies, ranunculuses, roses, and green hypericum berries hand-tied with ivory ribbon.
Centerpieces alternated between low square vases and high slim vases. Pink peonies, ranunculuses, and roses livened up each table.
Tracy wore an ivory, duchesse silk satin, A-line gown by Wearkstatt. The elegant gown was accented by a long, satin sash.  Each bridesmaid wore a satin, A-line cocktail dress by Alfred Angelo.  Steve chose black tuxes with black vests and ties for the groomsmen. For himself, he picked a matching black tux with an ivory vest and tie.
Tracy and Steve gave each guest small canning jars with green painted lids and labels that read “Steve and Tracy, Mint To Be.” The jars were filled with green, pink, and yellow mints.
Guests were treated to a four-tiered, round, vanilla cake with buttercream frosting and a fresh raspberry and cream layer. It was decorated with pink and green ribbons and topped with fresh flowers.
