Toasted Coconut Wedding Cake With Buttercream Rosettes

After indulging in mouthwatering barbecue fare, Timothy and Erin shared a slice of toasted coconut wedding cake topped with buttercream rosettes and a ceramic bird cake topper. Guests were treated to a variety of decadent cupcakes, as well as a selection of cookies made by Erin’s mother.
