They fell for each other almost immediately -- and embarked on a relationship that would last through high school, college, grad school, and beyond. The pair moved to different cities in Michigan for their doctoral work, enduring long separations (and long drives) to be together. By the time Tina and Russ tied the knot, they'd already been part of each other's lives for a full decade.
