Tiered Ivory and Mint Wedding Cake

This wedding cake is filled with a few surprises. Sugar Cakery baked a four-tier confection composed of red velvet, cannoli, and chocolate and one unexpected flavor: inside-out peanut butter cup. For a hint of color against the ivory fondant and piping, one tier was decorated with mint frosting and the couple's "L" monogram. Pink roses, baby’s breath and greenery topped the confection.
