Tiered Cupcakes in Fall Colors

"When it came to our cake, we didn't go the traditional route," Elysa says. "Instead, we had cupcakes. There were three options: white cake with strawberry mousse, chocolate cake with a raspberry mousse and red velvet cake with whipped cream cheese filling. All the cupcakes were topped with buttercream frosting. The top tier was a small cake for cake cutting."
