Three-Tier Wedding Cake With Skeleton Topper

Jessabelle and Angel chose a three-tier coconut confection decorated with fondant spanish tiles, edible lace, and a Dia de los Muertos inspired cake topper, she says. “In addition I asked the baker to include cookies called biscochitos (anise flavored cookie) to place on the tables and on the cake table,” says Jessabelle. “Growing up, I remember eating these from local Mexican bakeries and when my Tia Licha would bake them. Serving them as a dessert really warmed my heart.”
