Three-Tier Square Cake with Decorative Piping

Hoping to appeal to all of their guests’ tastes, the couple worked with Longwood Events to put together a varied menu of delicious eats. Cocktail hour kicked off with a mouth-watering progression of mini lobster rolls, baby lamb chops, shrimp cocktail, tuna tartare and spring rolls, followed by a sit down meal with entrees like filet mignon and short rib duo, salmon and stuffed eggplant rollatini. Carrot cake was served at the end of the meal and the couple surprised guests with a late night snack of chicken and waffles.
