This Wedding at The Madison Hotel in Morristown, New Jersey, Embodied an Edgy Take on Romance

Anastasia and Gregory (Greg) wanted to plan a celebration that would resonate with their loved ones. “Our wedding wasn’t just for Greg and me,” Anastasia says. “It was also for our families, and we wanted everyone to feel special.” As a tribute to the flower shop Anastasia’s parents owned, the couple planned a vintage garden party, decked out in personal florals that Anastasia’s mother arranged. Greg wore a purple rose in honor of his father, while Anastasia added her grandmother’s favorite flower, lily of the valley, to her bouquet. The couple decked out their reception space with bright flowers and greenery to create a lush indoor garden. Anastasia added a little edge to the light and airy setting with a hint of black, her favorite color. After the ceremony, Greg and Anastasia held a private butterfly release in memory of Greg’s father.
