This Couple Tied the Knot on the Foggy Shore of Lake Superior at Cascade Lodge in Lutsen, Minnesota

Brian and Kory opted for a small, personal gathering for their wedding day in order to make room for connections. “We realized we wanted an intimate ceremony with only our closest friends and family,” the pair says. With a narrowed-down guest list, they decided to say “I do” on the shore of Lake Superior, completing their celebration with a soft color palette, organic flowers and wood details that accentuated the peaceful locale. Locally sourced dahlias, lisianthus, amaranth and greenery decorated a triangular wood structure at the altar.  The duo enhanced their looks with statement details. Kory wore a floral tie to jazz up his navy-blue suit, while Brian added a turquoise tie to his light brown version for a fresh pop of color.
