Although initially disappointed with the rain forecast for her outdoor wedding, Noelle made the most out of a bad situation by giving her entire wedding party matching bubble umbrellas and dressing her bridesmaids in green Chooka rain boots. "I decided that instead of letting the rain ruin our day, we would embrace it and make couples WANT to get married in the rain," she says.
