The Theme

For their outdoor ceremony and reception, Tina and Russ wanted to evoke a sense of casual, comfortable southern elegance. Candles were a natural choice to create the homey but magical mood. We used candles everywhere -- floating in the pool, hanging from the trees over the courtyard dance floor, lining the steps to the mansion, and even in the ceremony, Tina says. The couple went for a classic color combination of black and pale green, and used a custom monogram design to unite the aisle runner, bouquet ribbons, menu-card holders, favors, cake topper, and welcome gifts for guests.
