The Reception Site

The reception took place at Astors’ Beechwood Mansion on the Atlantic Ocean. Because we were having a wedding on the ocean, I wanted to incorporate the feel of the ocean without having a typical ocean theme, Elizabeth explains. I incorporated ocean colors (sky blue and deep lavender) and a subtle shell motif (which appeared only on the invitations, menu cards, escort cards, and was reflected in the shell chocolate favors) into the wedding.
