The Reception

A lively, spirited reception took off in the swanky Rooftop Ballroom of the Fairmont Hotel at The Plaza. Curiously, the backs of the place cards were labeled with names of toys: Twister, Mr. Potato Head, Rubik's Cube. Even as we get older, Mary and I love to play with toys, explains the groom. To indicate each guest’s table assignment, the candlelit tables displayed black-and-white photos of the couple playing with the toys noted on the cards.
