The Reception

The reception took place in a lavishly decorated tent at the marina. Flowers dripped from chandeliers and burst from centerpieces (4,000 roses were used in the arrangements); and the professional lighting set a warm and festive mood. Naturally, the feast was opulent with grilling and carving stations offering everything from miniature lamb chops to seared tuna to gourmet pastas. A Polish station, in honor of the couple's shared cultural heritage, was a popular draw. The next morning, guests gathered for one last hurrah, a farewell brunch for the newlyweds, who were departing for their next adventure -- a month touring Australia.
