The Reception
At the cocktail hour, guests were greeted with signature drinks -- Seth’s vodka gimlet and Jason’s black martini. Hors d’oeuvres, including salmon endive and Gruyere puffs, were also passed around the bar area for guests to enjoy. Dinner choices reflected Jason and Seth's favorite dishes from the restaurant, and dessert included a rich, dense white chocolate mousse with bittersweet chocolate sauce and a mille fleur filled with mangoes and a raspberry puree.
