This was exactly the effect she achieved under Union Station's 40-foot ceilings and antique chandeliers, with centerpieces of silver candelabra draped with ivy and red rose petals. As guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d'oeuvres of gulf shrimp, mushrooms stuffed with couscous, and roast beef roulade, they also took in the great views of downtown Dallas from the terrace.
